Cannot activate 2024 Home and Business

Download correct exe file. Opened it, TT starts, and then pauses on screen sharing that the desktop computer does not have access to the internet. I wonder how I downloaded the exe file??? Never had the opportunity to enter the purchased license code. This is terrible!
