My chrome book isn’t compatible with software to do my 2018 taxes.  I need to cancel my subscription and be refunded.  Your customer support is terrible as is navigating this website.  Plz advise.  I believe I was charged 79.99.   It didn’t say it wouldn’t be compatible with chrome book until AFTER I paid.  Thank you.

    No one in the user forum can help with a billing issue.  You have to contact customer support.  Us e the word "billing" -- not "refund."
