I paid for a desktop download and realized that it had already auto renewed for the same product.  I am looking to cancel the new purchase just made.  Order number QSTCA268794864  

 

Also, there should be an easier way to handle this.

Thank you for the feedback.  However, this is very inefficient.  Im not sure why I have to CALL in to do something that should be completely handled online.  Furthermore, to get someone on the phone that cannot even help me.
