Thank you for the feedback. However, this is very inefficient. Im not sure why I have to CALL in to do something that should be completely handled online. Furthermore, to get someone on the phone that cannot even help me.
In the community we do not have access to accounts or your information. This must be handled by Customer Service.
I understand that now. However, there are no links to contact them directly via email or phone. The receipt on my purchase sends the consumer here to the community to deal with questions. As I mentioned, its highly inefficient to the consumer to get help in this manner. It may be great for handling software questions, but not business charges and corrective issues.
