Your AGI s not on your W-2.
Where do I find my AGI?

Your 2019 tax return shows your 2019 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) If you filed a joint return then the AGI is the same for each of you.
Form 1040 line 8b
If you are using the same TT account that you used last year, you should also be able to find this number in your Tax Home for 2019
If entering the amount from your 2019 tax return does not work, then try entering “0” instead. If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.
You can get a free transcript of your past return from the IRS:

Note: If you filed late or amended your return, your correct 2019 AGI may not be in the system.

Possibly. The box 1 amounts are the starting point, but there could be other adjustments such as health savings account deductions or educator expenses.
If you are looking to enter an Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) from your 2019 and you have your 2019 W2s you can total box 1 and try that to e-file your 2020 returns.
You might also try ordering an online transcript of your 2019 return from the IRS to see what is on file there. Here is a link to make that request.
If you need to see your 2020 AGI, the best way is to enter all the income and deductions you have into TurboTax and then look at the forms. The adjusted gross income will be on line 11. Follow these steps to get a forms view in TurboTax online.
