Unfortunately, TurboTax cannot do this for you.
If you have already completed and filed your tax returns successfully, you need to send any documentation requested by the IRS directly to them yourself per the instructions on the letter they should have sent you.
If your e-file was rejected because you did not include your six digit IP PIN, you need to add it and then re-file your own tax return.
If you have a 6 digit PIN issued to you by the IRS you need to enter it in order to e-file. Go to Federal>Other Tax Situations>Other Return Info>Identity Protection PIN and enter the six-digit PIN.
