I contacted your automated system and it said it could be emailed. I received an email with no code.
I called back and this time I was told by the same robot that I needed a representative when I asked for a verification code.
Two calls three minutes apart and to different failed messages. I hope this does not augur the failure that
TurboTax was last year when I was not permitted by the Treasury Dept. to efile even though I had paid you for it.
You know the saying "Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice...."
There will be no third time if these failures continue.
Silly me!

@319nnarberth E-filing has been closed for 2019 returns since October 31. The only way for you to file your 2019 return now is to print it, sign it in ink and mail it.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return.
And,,,the fee is the same whether you e-file or file by mail, The fee you paid TurboTax was for using the software. The only possible "extra" e-filing fee is for e-filing a state return using desktop software. If you paid the $24.99 to e-file a state return you can contact customer support and ask for a billing adjustment.
