can you help settle my 2024 return statues. i have been in contact with the irs but nothing is being done to the best of my knowledge

I received notice cp05a in september. provided all information request and sent to irs. no refund yet or communication from the irs. can you help

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.  Only the taxpayer listed on the tax return can obtain the status of a tax refund or a tax return.
