Mine too. I'm thinking of just deleting the form, but will wait a couple days to see if hopefully a turbo tax  expert answers here

If you didn't receive a Form 1095-A, and you know you won't be getting one, see What if I wasn’t covered at all in 2023 through the Marketplace? in the TurboTax Help article How do I fix e-file reject F8962-070? for guidance.

My return isnt getting rejected (havent tried to file yet) I just get an error message. I dont have a 1095A and wont be getting one. Havent had one for several years. Can i just delete the form 1095A?

You can try simply deleting Form 1095-A, but the issue may recur.  I'd suggest trying the guidance in the link I provided above.

Same thing is happening to me this year. Did you get a solution to your problem ?

If you are getting a reject for this issue, the IRS has records that you or someone on your return has insurance through the Marketplace. Check for a 1095-a on Healthcare.gov.
