Hi may I know what is the amount paid for health benefit plan in 2021?
Is it the amount I actually paid or the total amount the insurance company received?
The amount paid for the Health Benefit Plan is the amount you actually paid out of pocket. See the UT reference offered by @BMcCalpin for more information on the UT Health Benefits Plan Credit.
