Can TurboTax import from Morgan Stanley at Work -> Shareworks?

I have transactions in Morgan Stanley at Work -> Employee account -> Stock plan account -> Shareworks (https://shareworks.solium.com/solium/servlet/userLogin?requested_lang=en) that I'd like to import to Turbotax. I've followed the instructions in How do I connect my Morgan Stanley at Work account to TurboTax?. However, Turbotax always gives me "Invalid User Name and/or Password". 

Could anyone help?

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.

If you use the Brave browser, you have to turn off the Brave Shields.

I'm using Turbotax Desktop. How do I bypass this?

What do you want to bypass? Do you want to bypass importing your information? If so, you will select "I'll type it in myself".

Problem solved. Do not include the dashes in the username and now I’m able to connect.
