Can turbotax download my tax info from my vanguard account?

turbotax has not been able to down load my tax figures from my vanguard account the last fe years, why not?

When vanguard makes the information available for importing (usually mid to late February) then you should be able to import using your vanguard log in information.  https://www.intuit.com/partners/fdp/implementation-support/tax-import/program-overview/partner-list/

Vanguard likely has the 2022 information available to you on its website, but it is usually later --like about mid-February---that they have it ready for import into tax software.   If you want to key it in by hand, get the information from the Vanguard site and carefully key it in.  Otherwise...wait.
