I probably should have mentioned that I'm on macOS 12.6.3 (Monterey). I clicked on the "enter your license code here" link at the bottom of the downloads page, and saw the box to enter the license code, but it's apparently "Not Supported" on Mac.
To troubleshoot a Mac installation, please see our Help Article here.
Are you getting a specific error message when attempting to enter the license code? Is that screen showing "not supported"?
No errors, just the Mac selection is grayed-out.
I kept deleting files that referenced "tax2022", "turbotax", or "intuit", until the install allowed entering the code. Dragging Turbotax 2022.app didn't clean up very well. CleanMyMac found some leftovers, but not nearly enough. Had to head to the Terminal to lacate and remove the remaining files.

Same problem with 2023 Turbo Tax. It uninstalls Deluxe and supposed to install Home Business version but it never asks new license for the Home Business and ends up Deluxe is the App loaded on my computer! Please help remove the Deluxe license code so the system will know to ask the new license code within the same year for the Home Business Turbo Tax App, I am running out of time!
@Irmagt Here's how to activate a different version. There is a way to have 2 licenses. You don't need to install the second version just enter the License Code. Under Help - Switch Product - Activate new product. Don't know what that will do or what benefit you will get. Don't think it will allow you to efile more than 5.
But you only needed to buy 1 version. The Desktop program can do unlimited returns and efile 5 for free. And All the Desktop programs have the same forms. You just get more help and guidance in the higher versions.
