Can the 2016 Downloaded version be converted or credited for online use? My machine won't run the downloaded version. I have already paid and the download is in my acct.

I bought the 2016 version and had it downloaded (no CD drive in my comp).

However, I realize now that I have to use the online version. My machine is on Linux.

I did the same thing last year and I think that I was able to use the online version and at the end TurboTax recognized I had bought it.

I don't believe I was charged last year. If I did, I wasn't aware I paid twice 😮

Sorry the Online version won't know you bought the Desktop program.  You need to call in and get a refund.  Contact Customer Service
