Can't upload my 1099-G. When I enter it manually, I get stopped when I file. No Locality is listed and #13 is $0.00. How doI get around?

Confused by the statement:  "#13 is $.00".  I see no #13 on the IRS form 1099-G.  or in the steps for entry.

See Federal, then Wages & Income, then Unemployment.

Are you reporting unemployment compensation or paid family leave in box 1 or something else?

I'm using my states 1099-G (Indiana) for Unemployment Compensation. #13 on state form is Local income tax withheld which is listed as $0.00. Again, No Locality is listed.

Must be an old 1099G form.  Just leave tax withheld BLANK, no zero no spaces.   Turbo Tax doesn't like 0.
