Can't submit return with TurboTax online

Filing a return using free turbotax online.

When I click on the "Confirm Payment" button during the final filing step, the screen turns grey but nothing happens.

I am a student. So filing is free and payment is $0.

Anyone else seeing this?

Tried clearing browser cache. Also tried Edge and Chrome.

This could be happening if your resolution is set to high. See the steps below and see if this corrects your issue.

1. Right-click on your desktop and go to display settings.

2. Scroll down to Scale and Layout and make sure it is set to the Recommended (possibly 100%) on your computer

3. Have your display resolution at the recommended as well.
