Can't start Turbotax - This license code is already linked to anbother account

On the same screen where it say that the license code is already linked to anbother account, it shows that mMY account has this license code, itr also shows a green checkmark, it says 1/5 Active, but still... when I hit Activate Turbotax, after a small animation, it goes back to the same described above.

And I tried using last year's, which worked fine, and I get the same loop on the activation screen.
