Can't Get Past Step 2 In Order To Finalize and Submit Return

I have been stuck in Step 2 of the File section of my online return going on 3 days now. I'm choosing to pay with my Refund, Prequalified for CreditKarma Advance using my CK Money account. All info is correct and present but I keep being looped right back to Step 2 with no option to move on to Step 3. The support line hasn't been able to give me any answers other than to wait and keep trying. Is anyone else experiencing this issue or know why?

No hurry to e-file since the IRS will not begin to accept/reject 2023 e-files until January 29. And….a state return cannot be accepted until after the IRS accepts your federal return.
