What is your question for the TurboTax user forum? It seems that Fidelity is telling you it has no tax documents for you. Do you think there is something you are supposed to enter from them?
Log in to your Fidelity account. On the Accounts & Trade menu click Tax Forms & Information. On the Tax information screen click "View your tax forms." Are there any forms listed?
"If you believe this is in error, contact your financial institution."
Did you call Fidelity? What did they say? You have to ask them specifically about forms for importing into TurboTax. TurboTax does not import the tax forms that you see when you log in to your account. Fidelity creates a separate special file for importing by TurboTax.
"You can also enter your info a different way."
Entering the Fidelity information manually might be faster and easier than trying to figure out why importing is not working. If you don't have the paper tax forms, you can download the PDFs from the "Tax forms" page on the Fidelity website.
