Can't find activation code

I purchased a download of TT2024 for MacOS from Costco, but I can't find the activation code with my confirmation.

Your license code should be included in your order confirmation email if purchased on a retailer's website, or within the package if purchased in-store. You should check your email or your order history. If it's not there, please contact TurboTax Customer Support.
