If you are entering the state/zip correctly then either :
1) enter any state/zip that will work since it doesn't make a bit of difference
or
2) delete the 1099 and enter the interest manually where you only enter the bank name & amount skipping the address all together.
Please double-check the state that you posted. Be sure the zip code matches with the state. The state may be the problem.

Thank you for the input but the State was correct. Another person suggested deleting the 1099-INT and entering it manually. That worked.
I tried several other zip codes but that didn't work. I did delete the 1099 INT and entered the information in manually and that worked! Thank you.
