A California resident receiving Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) can be eligible for the Golden State Stimulus, but it must be based on income other than SSDI benefits.
To qualify for the Golden State Stimulus, you must either be a CalEITC recipient or an ITIN filer who has a California AGI of $75,000 or less. And, to have qualified for CalEITC, you must have had taxable earned income. SSDI isn't considered earned income.
Please see Golden State Stimulus for more information.
