REDUCE THE MONITOR RESOLUTION TO THE LOWEST AVAILABLE SETTING!!!!!
The TurboTax Software GUI's do not handle high resolution monitors very well...
I had the same problem loading my software, and the same problem existed on the Payment GUI.
I expect recognition and compensation for this root cause discovery!

Tried that it and didn't work.
Please try refreshing your browser and clearing out your cookies. If that does not work, try clearing out your browser's cache then try logging out and back in to TurboTax. You may also want to try a different browser.

I was able to manually get around it by paying through the phone and entering the confirmation number. I did have a thought that maybe my VPN was causing the issue, although the manual method worked from the same point. Too late to try that now, but maybe someone else can try it if they have the same issue.
