You can add a live agent (tax expert) in TurboTax Online, by signing in and clicking the "Live help" button, or select "Upgrade" to add expert services for preparing your tax return. How do I get TurboTax Experts?
If using the TurboTax Desktop (CD/Download version), you can purchase the "Live Tax Advice" add-on for $60, which provides phone support. Once you have started your tax return, look for the Live Tax Advice or Expert Help button, usually in the top right corner. Select the option to purchase or upgrade for expert advice.
