If you missed the cancelation deadline for this year's TurboTax product, simply wait until you receive your CD or download, then submit an online refund request within 60 days of receiving your product.

I have filled out the 8962 (along with reading the 20 pg instructions many times. I want to make sure that I have filled in the blanks correctly.
