Can not mail hard copy of taxes form

I have completed my 2019 1040 tax form online. I tried sending it online but TurboTax system would not allow it. I printed and signed form but can't mail to the US since I am currently in Costa Rica and there are no flights to the US, no international mail due to coronavirus crisis.

What can I do? How do I know the IRS has my information on file for the stimulus check? I did not complete any tax form in 2018 nor 2017.

What was the reason for not allowing you to e-file? Can we help with that?

It looks like you've already mailed in your 2019 tax return. The IRS has the info they need to qualify you for a stimulus payment. Note that you can't update your payment info here--the IRS will either send payment to your bank account or mail you a check.
