If you are using the TurboTax online editions you cannot import from Quicken.  Only the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions support importing from Quicken.

You can only import Quicken into the Windows Desktop program.

You can only import Quicken directly into the Turbo Tax Windows Desktop program and not to the Online version. If you need to transfer Quicken to Turbo Tax for Mac or to older Windows tax returns you need to export your Quicken data as a txf file.
