Yes, you can file as Married Filing Joint with Premier (or any other version of TurboTax). When you enter your information (Personal Info tab) it asks if you Were You Married, when you check Married, under that it will ask if you want to file with your spouse. Say yes, then it will ask for your spouse's information.
If you need to, go back to the Personal Info section click Edit on the first name on the return.
