Can I use my account on TurboTax to prepare a tax return for my dependent child who has income below the minimum for Federal Income Tax?

I know I wish to file a return for her to claim back the taxes that were withheld, but TurboTax only seems to allow me to file for myself and/or my wife.

Or—-Use this IRS site for other ways to file for free. There are 8 free software versions available from the IRS Free File site
