Can I use 2018 TurboTax Program to do my 2019 taxes? I have purchased 2019 but my computer is out of updates therefore I can't use 2019

No. Each tax year has software written for the specific tax year. You cannot prepare a 2019 return using 2018 software. If you cannot update your OS for 2019 then you could use online software instead.

Each tax year is a separate TurboTax program. A 2018 tax return can only be completed using the TurboTax 2018 desktop software.
