I have a question my Turbotax debit card has been lost or not available to me since February 2019 I called the other day and canceled it because I was thinking when I update my Turbotax debit information that my money would come to me from the stimulus it did not how do I reach a live person so I can get a new card they won’t let me talk to nobody because I don’t have my card number and my Social Security number isn’t matching so I can’t get to a live person can you please help me thank you
If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen). If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.
If you want to change the banking information for the stimulus payment, you can use the IRS Get My Payment site.
Tried to file over 6 times and keep getting rejected. HELP PLEASE NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE.
