Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition.  If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there.  Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.

I can not speak someone about getting my old tax returns. I paid last year and now I cant access this year. Yall are holding my records hostage not.unless I pay 30 dollars. This is bull**bleep**.

There is no requirement to pay for a 2019 online edition to access prior year tax returns.  You only need to start a 2019 online return with the Free edition and register the account.

Before starting, make sure you're using the same TurboTax account (with the same username) as previous years.

You'll get access to your prior year returns through Your tax returns & documents in Tax Home.

If you don't already have access and you’re planning on filing with TurboTax this year, you can register or pay first and then go back to work on your taxes later.

Follow these steps EXACTLY as shown -

To access:

1. If you haven't chosen yet, pick the product that is right for you (if you aren’t sure, select TurboTax Free Edition) when starting.
2. Follow the screens and provide some personal info.
3. When you've reached the Personal info summary screen, select Continue.
4. Select File in the left menu (this is just a step in order to register or pay, you won’t actually be filing).
5. Continue until you get to Review your order and select Start.
6. Select View payment options.
7. Register or pay for TurboTax, depending on which version you're using.
8. Go to Tax Home in the left menu.
9. Under Your tax returns & documents, go to Download/print return (PDF) (select Show if not visible).
