Can I take advantage of the non-tax provision for CRP and SSA if I do not file a Form SE?

I do not file a Form SE since I do NOT actively farm.  My only link to actual farming is renting 15.2 acres to USDA for CRP.

You must file a schedule SE. Your CRP payments are reported on schedule F and a schedule SE is produced BUT on line 1b of schedule SE you enter the amount exempt from SE tax. If you are on Social Security retirement or disability, enter all of your CRP payment amount here.

This link is to Schedule SE so you can see the form;
