Can I still use TuroTax to file my 2020 return even if I missed the May 17 deadline?

I missed the May 17th deadline.  I'm trying to efile but when it gets to the "file" tab, I get a white screen and it just sets there.

Sign off your TurboTax online account.

Clear cache on your web browser - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-to-clear-your-cache/01/26135

Close your web browser and re-open.  Sign back onto your TurboTax online account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Return to the File section and see if the problem persists.  If it does then change your web browser to either Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Apple Safari, whichever one you are not currently using.

A 2020 tax return can be e-filed at any time on or before October 15, 2021 using TurboTax.  After that date the 2020 tax return can only be printed and mailed.

If no taxes are owed or there is a tax refund no penalties will be assessed if filed after the due date.
