Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Sign off your TurboTax online account.

Clear cache on your web browser - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-to-clear-your-cache/01/26135

Close your web browser and re-open.  Sign back onto your TurboTax online account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Return to the File section and see if the problem persists.  If it does then change your web browser to either Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Apple Safari, whichever one you are not currently using.
