Can I still file if my 1099 Misc sent by my employer is missing the payer TIN and I cannot get ahold of them?

It is always better to get the payer's TIN so that you can file your Form 1099-Misc. If you cannot get ahold of the payer, then you can file the income as Other Income/Cash Income. Just keep the Form 109-Misc with your tax return in case the IRS contacts you.
