Yes, you can.   You shouldn't need to enter the drivers license info in Texas.  In many states, such as Texas, it's only a request.   For Federal returns there is not an absolute requirement by the IRS.  For state returns (which Texas does not have), a few states are picky, but a lot of states don't require it.    For your situation, you can simply proceed past that drivers license screen, if you wish, without needing any entries.  It should not affect your ability to efile.
