You had to have ACA compliant insurance for all of 2018 to avoid the penalty ... signing up for insurance now will be for 2019 ... and there is no more mandate for 2019.

You had to have ACA compliant insurance for all of 2018 to avoid the penalty ... signing up for insurance now will be for 2019 ... and there is no more mandate for 2019.
