No.  Turbo Tax is for self prepared returns.  You can not use the Online versions or the personal Desktop Software to prepare returns for clients.  Intuit has 2 products for tax preparers. They are Lacerte and ProSeries.  ProSeries is the least expensive. You can install ProSeries and Turbo Tax on the same computer.

Yes, if you were the one who prepared the tax return and have a PTIN or Preparer Tax Identification Number and were paid for your services. You must have an active PTIN to prepare tax returns for compensation. See this website, IRS PTIN for more information. TurboTax is self-prepared for our consumer products, as volvogirl stated.
