Can i import my information from online to desktop turbotax deluxe. I follow instructions but my info does not appear

To continue your current work, you would need to download your online tax return as a .tax2018 file and open that in the desktop software. Here are a couple of FAQs on the same:

Did not work. When I clicked It open, it says does not need to file state return and exits the programs out. I paid to get my 1040 printed and I cannot even print it!
