Can I import from Turbo Tax Home & Business into Turbo Tax Deluxe

I used Turbo Tax 2016 Home & Business, last year I want to use Turbo Tax Deluxe 2017 this year for Mac. 

I can't seem to import my 2016 information now.  Will it import into Deluxe or do I have to buy the Home & Business again to import last years info.  I have tried and it it doesn't seem to be able to find or open last years file.
