When you filed your 2020 return, did you include the Recovery Rebate Credit? The credit is calculated on the number of dependents you had in 2020. If you had a dependent on your 2019 return that is no longer on your 2020 return or that turned 17, you may have previously received the stimulus for a child that was no longer eligible based on your 2020 return. The stimulus for the new baby could be offset by that.
How many dependents did you receive a stimulus payment for perviously? How many dependent under age 17 were on your 2020 return?
I have two child. One is the age of 8, and the other is a now 1. The RRC showed originally when I was completing my taxes, then when I hit accept, it was no longer there. It doesn’t show on my line 30 either.
Yes, you can get a stimulus for your children born in 2020. Here is a link to the TurboTax portal to enter direct deposit info for stimulus check.

@Gbixler
We claimed my husband's child on 2019 taxes, in 2020 we had a baby. Upon entering my tax information I had to remove my husband's child because it wasnt our year to claim him and added our daughter. The stimulus checker thinks we have the correct stimulus money. How to I go about getting the credit for our baby born in 2020 if our taxes were already filed? Do I need to amend the return online?
Sorry that's the way it works out. Your stimulus check is based on the number of qualifying people listed on your tax return for 2020. You don't receive a check for the new baby necessarily, it is just based on the number of qualifying people listed on your return.
So, if you lost one qualifying person because they turned 17 or you aren't claiming them this year and replaced that person with a new baby, you still have the same number of qualifying persons on your return.
Another way to explain it. The Recovery rebate credit is really based on your 2020 return. You got it for 1 Dependent and you only have 1 Dependent on your 2020 return. But you don't have to pay back the amount for the child you are not claiming this year.
