Can I find a human to respond to the mistake about Alabama form availability on Turbotax?

Alabama forms are available.  I found them in the Alabama Revenue site.  Why can I not print the tax return?

Available on the state site and available in tax software are not always the same thing.

Alabama doesn't get much attention from tax programs!  How slow can you be?  The tax forms are out there and I only need very simple ones!
