No. A W-9, Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification is not used on a tax return.
If you filled out a W9 to give someone your ssn then you will probably be getting a 1099NEC or 1099Misc from them to enter into your tax return. They have until Feb 1 to send it to you.
If you got paid as an independent contractor they have to give you a 1099NEC if they pay you $600 or more.
