I did not file an extension by April 15th will I be able to submit my return with out paying fee right now?

If you are using a paid version of the software you must pay your fees before you can e-file, or choose to pay from your federal refund if your refund is enough to pay the fees and the extra refund processing fee. If you are using the Free Edition, you can e-file whenever you are ready to file.
