Can I file form 8936

Turbo Tax says it would be ready by Feb 9th, but my software, which is fully updated, says I cannot e-file my taxes because form 8936 is not ready yet.

When your state or the IRS have the forms available for publishing they will release them. It is not Turbo Tax that releases forms needed for a return. The date is based on the day specified by the IRS or the state.
