No. The last day to request an extension was May 17. If you are getting a refund you do not need an extension. If your return was rejected you do not need to send in court documentation at this time. You just have to print, sign and mail your return that claims your child. The IRS will process it and send your refund, and then in about a year you and the other parent will receive letters so that the IRS can sort out who was supposed to claim the child. That is when you can use your documents.
once she filed, your only option now is to file a paper return.
