i contacted the IRS and filled out form 3911 form because my EIP for 2020 tax year is missing. a place called TPG taxpayer group received my EIP from the Offset treasure.. TPG indicated that they received my 1800.dollars minus The offset and TPG charge.. and they sent. it to a bank called Flagstaff bank.... now. the problem. is I was in prison during this time. 11-15-2015 to 11-19-2021. i did not file. online insent in paper. forms. whats up with this

No they filed online. however i have the banks routing number last 4 of tbe sccount number. my refund was offset by a couple dollars but. a few thousand was sent to a  nank account but i do not own a bank account nor did i file theough a online to tax this TPF griuo
