Can I enter a payor's social security number in the FEIN box? I received interest from a personal loan. I entered it as though I had a 1099-INT.

My options are Federal Identification Number (FEIN) and Received from.

Yes, FEINs and Social Security Numbers have the same number of digits.  They are both federal tax identification numbers, so you can enter the social security number as the Tax ID.  It won't cause any issues.
