Can I do a video call with my tax expert?

I live in Spain, so I cannot receive phone calls from the US. There wasn't an option other than speaking to my tax expert by phone when I tried making an appointment. I am wondering if there is a link or specific way to set up a video call rather than meeting my tax expert by phone. I could not find an answer to this question and did not receive one from the chat feature. I want to use Turbotax, but I will have to choose another service if I cannot receive help either by chatting, emailing, or video calling with my tax expert. Please let me know if any of these alternative methods are possible. Thank you.

If you have had a welcome call with your Tax Expert, you can chat with them in the program. Please see the below TurboTax Help Article for more information.

Unfortunately, I cannot have a welcome call, as I cannot receive any phone calls from the US. Additionally, I only have a Spanish phone number, and Turbotax only accepts US numbers in their forms. Is there a way to have the welcome session through video or chat? Thank you.

The welcome call is required to get started in TurboTax Live Full Service. The initial call is used to help our agents request all of the information required to start your return. Once you've had that call, the rest can be done through chat. For more information about how the program works, please see the below help article.
