Can I deduct that portion of M&IE not reimbursed? For example, the org reimburses $59/day, but the M&IE here is $74.

Where would this deduction be recorded? On Form 2106? I am a minister, receiving a tax-free housing allowance, but I'm an employee for income tax purposes and self-employed for SE tax purpose (on housing allowance and salary).
